CA Sanctions in Inactive Cases
FAA may receive notification of another instance of noncompliance. (See CA PRA Noncompliance Notification)
 
When the noncompliance occurs while the case is active, but it is impossible to impose the appropriate sanction because the case is, or will be, closed, complete the following:
 
●Key the information on the AZTECS PRAP and DISA screens.
●Place all verification in the case file(g).
●Document and place all verification in the case file(g). For DCSS sanctions, indicate whether multiple absent parents and noncompliance exist with the case.
●Send the appropriate FAA CA Sanction Notices to inform the PI of the following:
DCSS Noncompliance
School Attendance Noncompliance
Immunization Noncompliance
Drug Conviction Noncompliance
Voluntary Quit Noncompliance
●When a new application or change is submitted which includes the noncompliant participant, follow the procedure given in Reapplication After Sanctions.
