FAA3.E CA Personal Responsibility Agreement (PRA) : 07 Drug Conviction PRA - Overview
Drug Conviction PRA - Overview

(01/01/17 - 12/31/17)
As a condition of initial or ongoing eligibility, a CA participant cannot have a felony conviction involving the possession, use, or distribution of a controlled substance.

All participants must attest to the requirement on the Personal Responsibility Agreement (PRA) (FAA-1523A) form to not sell, possess or use a controlled substance.

When an adult CA participant is convicted of using, selling, or possessing a controlled substance, the CA budgetary unit is subject to graduated sanctions.

WARNING
The person who has the disqualifying felony drug conviction will be permanently disqualified. The remaining budgetary unit member’s benefits may be restored the following month after the sanction is ended. (See Drug Conviction Recompliance)
