Key the indicated Program Alert Code in the appropriate PROGRAM ALERT TYPE field when any of the following occur:
 
●When a participant in a CA or NA case is disqualified for knowingly transferring or selling resources to qualify for benefits, key DT in the appropriate program PROGRAM ALERT TYPE field. (See Transfer - Disqualification)
●When the NA Lead Participant has failed to cooperate with NA work requirements, key WR in the FS PROGRAM ALERT TYPE field. (See Work Requirement Disqualifications)
 
NOTE These Program Alert Codes cannot be keyed as Person Alert Codes in the CLIENT section of PRAP. For Alert Codes that can be keyed as both Program and Person Alert Codes, see Program and Person Alerts.
