Sale or Transfer of Resources - CA and NA - Disqualification
Participants who have knowingly transferred or sold any resource within specific time frames, with the intent to qualify for benefits are ineligible.
Apply a disqualification when resources are transferred knowingly within the following time frames:
●For CA, within one year before the date of application or while receiving benefits.
●For NA, within the three months before the date of application or while receiving benefits.
