Alert initiated by the system: This alert is generated when the SDX (SSI) tape matches to an active NA participant in the month of mass change, but multiple SSI income amounts are found for the participant in that month. This alert may indicate any of the following:
●SSI and SSA income received by a participant may be keyed incorrectly
●SSI income received by another participant may be incorrectly keyed next to the participant

Action
Review the case and determine whether SSI income is keyed correctly on UNIN.
Check the SSN to make certain the number is correct and numbers are not transposed.
Verify the SSI income amount on ININ.
Contact the participant, when necessary, to resolve any discrepancies.
Authorize benefits.
Send the appropriate notice on NORE.
Close the alert.
NOTE A Social Security Number (SSN) discrepancy could exist when all of the following apply:
●Information keyed in AZTECS matches the
case file(g) and ININ information screens.
●The alert continues to display.
When this occurs, review the case. When necessary send the C007 notice to the
PI(g) giving ten calendar days to resolve the discrepancy.
