Alert initiated by the system: This alert is generated when the renewal job is run to close all CA cases that are due for renewal, and the CA program is not in the current system month. The auto close process does not select these cases for processing, and the cases must be closed manually.

5 workdays(g) from the date the alert is generated.
Action
Copy details into the current system month.
Close the CA case on AFED with the FR Denial Closure Reason Code, allowing for NOAA(g).
On NORE, select and send the Cash Assistance Deny/Close (A200) notice.
Close the alert.
