ADDR CHANGE – X006 ACTS Alert
This alert is generated when the residential address on the HEAplus Main Contact’s Home Address page is updated by the participant, a worker, an assistor, or the
PMMIS(g) Postback process. When a participant reports a change of address to a medical provider, the address is updated in HEAplus through the PMMIS(g) Postback process.
On the day after the address change is made, the Address Verification (X006) notice is sent to the participant.
