This alert is generated when the residential address on the HEAplus Main Contact’s Home Address page is updated by the participant, a worker, an assistor, or the PMMIS(g) Postback process. When a participant reports a change of address to a medical provider, the address is updated in HEAplus through the PMMIS(g) Postback process.
On the day after the address change is made, the Address Verification (X006) notice is sent to the participant.

10 workdays(g) from the date the alert is generated.
Action
Determine whether the participant responded to the X006 notice.
Review the case file(g) to determine whether the program is assigned to Standard Reporting or Simplified Reporting.
Take the appropriate action based on the program reporting requirements before closing the alert, as follows:
