This alert is created by the Refugee Office to track cases that meet the 12-month refugee status.
Alert name: 12 Month Refugee Expiration
Due Date Assigned by ACTS
330 calendar days from the date the alert is generated.
Action
This alert assigns each case automatically to Site Code 285C.
The specialized unit reviews the case to determine whether the case has met the 12 month refugee expiration.
Close out the alert when the participant has met the 12 month refugee expiration.
When the alert needs to be extended, extend the due date manually.
When the case requires an ACTS alert due date of less than 330 days, add a free form alert. See Adding Free Form Alerts for further procedures.
Document the case file with all actions taken.
