This subject includes information about how participants can request a different worker while FAA provides services.
Policy
Participants and authorized representatives can request a change in the FAA worker currently assisting them with any FAA program or service.
Procedures
When a participant expresses that they have a problem with the service being received by the worker assisting them and want someone else to complete the task, ask a supervisor to consult with the participant.
When a different worker is requested, the participant is returned to the tracker and claimed by another worker.
