NA as Obligations of the U.S. - Crimes and Offenses - Court Convictions
Court convictions may result in varied penalties based on the offense as follows:
 
●Felony convictions when the amount of NA involved is $100 or more
●Misdemeanor convictions when the amount of NA involved is less than $100
 
Persons convicted of a felony or misdemeanor may be suspended from NA participation by the court. The suspension may be for a period up to 18 months, in addition to any disqualification imposed for Intentional Program Violation (IPV).
