200% of the current Federal Poverty Level (FPL) is used for all of the following:
 
●Effective 03/01/2026, the maximum gross monthly income of categorically eligible NA budgetary units. (See NA Categorical Eligibility for more information.)
●Effective 03/01/2026, the maximum gross monthly income limit for the change reporting requirement of NA budgetary units assigned to Simplified Reporting. (See Simplified Reporting for more information.)
●Effective 10/01/2025, determining the NA Overpayment Compromise. (See NA Overpayment Compromise – Compromise Determination - Countable Monthly Income for more information.)
