Methods of NA Overpayment Collection - Cash Repayment

(01/01/24 - 12/31/24)
When the household is financially able to pay the NA overpayment at one time, The Office of Accounts Receivable and Collections (OARC) may collect a lump sum cash payment. The household is not required to liquidate all of its resources in order to make one lump sum payment.

OARC accepts the following methods of payment:

A lump sum payment.
Through the TouchPay portal. For more information, visit the website at www.touchpayonline.com.
At a TouchPay kiosk. For more information on kiosk locations, contact the TouchPay Customer Service at (866) 204-1603.
Full or partial payment in cash and with NA benefits. (See Repayment With NA Benefits)
The Department may allow the household to pay a claim in equal monthly payments based on the following claim amounts
12 monthly payments when the claim is $600 or less
24 monthly payments when the claim is $1200 or less
36 monthly payments when the claim is over $1200
The amount of the overpayment may be compromised when the household does not have sufficient income and liquid assets to repay the total amount in three years. (See Compromising NA Overpayments)
