Email one copy of both the Potential Overpayment Referral (FAA-0526A) form and the Report of CA/NA Overpayment (FAA-0529A) form to the Office of Accounts Receivable and Collections (OARC) daily for overpayments caused by one of the following:
 
●An Intentional Program Violation (IPV) Error that is under $2000

Upload into OnBase(g) the original overpayment and all supporting documents.
