Ending a CA PRA Immunization Sanction
To end a sanction imposed for noncompliance with immunization requirements, the CA budgetary unit must provide one of the following:
 
●A statement that all children in the budgetary unit are in compliance with the immunization requirements
 
NOTE File the statement in the case file(g).
 
●Information to establish Immunization good cause for refusal to cooperate.
