Tuberculosis Control (TC) Program
This section includes information about the Arizona State Assistance Tuberculosis Control (TC) Program.
Policy
The Tuberculosis Control (TC) Program is an Arizona State Assistance Program administered by the Family Assistance Administration (FAA). This program provides financial assistance to persons that are unable to work due to contagious Tuberculosis (TB).
When a person has or is suspected to have TB, they are required to go to the Arizona State Department of Health Services (DHS). DHS assists the participant with the TC application. (See the

When changes to any of the following occur before TC eligibility is determined, the participant is required to report the change to FAA:
●Arizona Residency
●Disability and employability of the TC payment recipient
●Individuals residing in the home
●Residential Address
●Shelter expenses to establish A-1 or A-2 standard
●Sources and amounts of income, financial assistance, or other assistance to meet the household’s basic needs
●Types, sources, and amounts of resources
