Alert initiated by the system: This alert is generated when all of the following apply:
●There is a record on the Title II or the Title XVI benefits file that matches the participant's name, date of birth, and SSN.
●The NUMIDENT record for that SSN has a different date of birth.
Alert name: SSN VERIF/ACTUAL DOB:MM/DD/YY
Due Date Assigned by ACTS
14 calendar days from the date the alert is generated.
Action
Review AZTECS and the case file(g). Key the correct date of birth (provided by the alert) on SSDO.
Contact the PI(g) to resolve any discrepancies.
Authorize benefits, allowing for NOAA.
Send the appropriate notice on NORE.
Close the alert.
