NA Overpayment Compromise – Compromise Determination - Compromise Household Members
The person is required to list on the NUTRITION ASSISTANCE COMPROMISE REQUEST FOR INCOME/EXPENSES STATEMENT, all compromise household members currently residing together that were part of the NA benefit household during the final month of the overpayment. This is regardless of their current age. (See

The following individuals, residing together, are considered as part of the compromise household:
●All adults who were members of the NA household when the claim was established and who were adults at the time the overpayment was established
●All minor children for whom the adult compromise household members are responsible
When the original NA overpayment household included a minor child, who is now 18 or older and still residing in the home, the following apply:
●They are not included in the compromise household
●Their income and expenses are not countable towards the compromise determination
●They are not responsible for repayment of the NA overpayment
