Overpayment established 12/29/2017.

The compromise household consists of Mary, Tom, and Karen who were adults at the time of the overpayment and Gary who was a child at the time of the overpayment and a child at the time of the request to compromise.

Mike was a minor at the time of the overpayment and is now an adult at the time of the request for compromise. Mike is not included in the compromise household, so his income is not counted.

Sam is a minor living in the home at the time of the compromise, but he was not part of the household at the time of the original overpayment.
