Income and Resource Exceptions - Hopi Tribal TANF

The Hopi Tribal TANF program counts all resources and income when determining eligibility for Hopi Tribal TANF benefits, except the following:

●Earned income disregards

●Dependent child income

●Child support income

●Self-Employment income

●Claims Judgement Funds

●Summer Component Program income

●Youth WIOA Program income

●Census income

●Temporary Community service work stipends (not to exceed three months)

●$5,000 in resources

●One vehicle

●Individual Development Accounts

●Disregarded Dependent Care Expense

●Income producing property, as a resource

NOTE Income generated by the property is countable
