VEHI - Purpose/Overview

In AZTECS, VEHI is used to capture participant vehicle information.
 
Although vehicles are not counted in the resource determination, keying vehicle information on VEHI is an indicator of other potential situations needing additional exploration, such as, but not limited to the following:
 
●Expenses Exceed Income (EEI)
●Childcare Transportation Expenses
 
TANF EXCEPTION
The Hopi Tribal TANF program excludes one vehicle from the resource determination.
Key additional vehicles on OTAS using the OA Other Asset Code.
 
Verification is not required unless questionable.
