Change Report ACTS Alert (CR)
Pre-defined alert initiated by the system or FAA staff using the CR Alert Type Code. This alert is generated when FAA receives information that indicates a change occurred that impacts the eligibility or benefit level of the budgetary unit.
Alert name: Change Report
Due Date Assigned by ACTS
10 calendar days from the date the alert is generated.
Action
Review the information provided and determine when there is enough information to effect the change. When enough information is provided, effect the benefits for the first possible month. (See

When there is not enough information to effect the change, send a verification notice to the participant. Extend the ACTS Alert to the day after the information due date.
Document the case file all actions taken.
