NEW referral is a one-time requirement when both of the following apply:
 
●The CA case remains open.
●The budgetary unit resides in the same NEW service delivery area.
 
Process changes according to Effecting Changes. Certain changes must be reported to NEW using the Information Exchange (FAA-1433A) form.
 
Report changes of the following types to NEW using an FAA-1433A:
 
●The addition of a participant to the budgetary unit
●Case closure or participant ineligibility
●Address changes
●Transfer of the case to a different site code
●The administrative reopening of a previously closed case
