homestead:

●Description (legal)
●Amount Owed
The following are acceptable sources of verification of real property:
●Title or deed to property
●County property records
●Title company
●Financial institution
●Current tax assessment notice
●Real estate appraisal
●Payment record with balance due
●Tax statements
Tax statements for real property usually list the full cash value, and the assessed value. Use only the full cash value.
Some tax statements list a primary or secondary valuation. Use only the secondary valuation.
