Other Assets - Required Verification

Verification required for each asset is as follows:

●Other asset type

●Ownership and Availability

●Current Market Value (g)

●Amount Owed

Further verification is required for the following asset types:

●Burial plans, plots or funeral agreements

●Life insurance

●Real property

WARNING

Property information in the case file(g) that is current and valid needs no further verification

The current market value and equity value (g) must be verified at each renewal when near maximum allowable resource limits. The resource limit amounts for each program are as follows:

●CA Resource Limit

●NA Resource Limit

Verify the full cash value and equity value of real property at least once a year.
