Noncooperation with the CA PRA
When the Primary Informant (PI) (or either parent for a TPEP case) fails or refuses to sign the PRA, take the following actions:
●At the new application interview, deny the CA application.
●At the renewal interview, stop CA allowing for NOAA.
●At conversion of CA to TPEP or TPEP to CA, stop CA allowing for NOAA.
Key SP in the DENIAL CLOSURE REASON field of AFED.
When
PRA required participants fail to comply with PRA requirements, and good cause has not been established, impose
graduated sanctions in accordance with policy and procedures on PRAP and DISA screen. (See
