When any of the following conditions exist for a participant, key the indicated code in the first available ALERT TYPE field next to the participant's name:
 
AN - Alternate Notice Needed (For more information about the policy, see Right to Reasonable Accommodations.)
HB - U.S. Citizenship not verified for NA or CA (For more information about the policy, see United States Citizens.)
HE - Hearing Impaired (For more information about the policy, see Right to Request Translation Services.)
LE - Limited English (For more information about the policy, see Right to Request Translation Services.)
RD - Difficulty in reading (For more information about the policy, see Right to Reasonable Accommodations.)
T1 - Trespassed from one office
T2 - Trespassed from two offices
TA - Trespassed from all offices
NOTE Designated FAA staff receive notification from the Office of Inspector General (OIG) when a participant has been trespassed. See Responding to Egregious Customer Behavior (internal use only) for more information.
W1 - First NA Work Requirement Noncooperation (For more information about the policy, see Work Requirement Disqualifications.)
W2 - Second NA Work Requirement Noncooperation (For more information about the policy, see Work Requirement Disqualifications.)
W3 - Third NA Work Requirement Noncooperation (For more information about the policy, see Work Requirement Disqualifications.)
 
Person Alert Codes cannot be keyed as Program Alert Codes in the PROGRAM ALERTS section of PRAP. For Alert Codes that can be keyed as both Program and Person Alert Codes, see Program and Person Alerts.
 
The following Participant Disqualification Alert Codes must be keyed in the third ALERT TYPE field on PRAP next to the disqualified participant, regardless of the number of other person alerts:
 
FD - Felony Drug Conviction
FF - Fleeing Felon
IP - Intentional Program Violation
NOTE Keying these alert types in the first or second ALERT TYPE field on PRAP next to the disqualified elderly participant or person with a disability incorrectly allows the household special considerations. (For more information about the policy, see Disqualified Participants.)
