Key Y in the CONFIDENTIAL field when either of the following occurs:

●A participant resides in a shelter for battered individuals.

●A participant claims that they are a victim of abuse and are no longer living with the abuser.

Key A in the CONFIDENTIAL field when the participant has presented an Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) ID Card and the participation has been verified. Key the date enrolled shown on the card in the ACP ISS DATE field.
