At the interview, key the RM Work Registration Code in the PAR/EXEM field on WORW for the participant when no exemption exists. (See Jobs Exemptions)
 
NOAA is sent by Jobs informing the participant of a sanction. When this occurs, the participant must comply with the Jobs Program before the next NOAA to avoid further sanctions.
 
NOTE When the ACTS Alert is sent but Jobs Program staff have not sent the NOAA by the last day to request a NOAA for Jobs noncompliance, FAA staff cannot impose the sanction. (See Sanction Notices – Jobs Program Noncompliance)
 
Consider an application that includes a noncompliant participant as a new application. The new CA work eligible individuals must complete the Jobs Program Preliminary Orientation (JPPO) process before benefits are approved. (See Ending CA Sanctions for active CA cases.
