Imposing Tribal NEW Sanctions – Inactive Cases
When the noncompliance occurs while the case was active, but it is impossible to impose the appropriate sanction because the case will be closed, complete the following:
 
●Key the information on PRAP and DISA.
●Place all verification in the case file(g).
●Document the case file.
●Send the appropriate notice to inform the PI of the sanction action. (See FAA Sanction Notices)
●When the noncompliant participant is included in an application in the future, follow the procedure given in Reapplying After NEW Sanction.
