Tribal NEW Sanctions

When a participant fails to comply with Tribal Native Employment Works (NEW), it may be necessary to sanction the CA budgetary unit. (See Tribal NEW for more detailed information on when graduated sanctions are imposed and a description of the specific penalties involved)

EXCEPTION

This policy does not apply to TPEP. (See TPEP Withholding when the TPEP participant fails to comply with PRA requirements)
