Disqualifications and Sanctions - Overview
DISA is a series of work screens behind PRAP used to key sanctions and disqualifications. There are two separate DISA screens (PAGE 1 and PAGE 2) for each unique participant-program combination.
Each participant's DISA screens are used to key and display the following disqualification information for that participant:
●CA and NA Voluntary Quit
●CA and NA Intentional Program Violation History
●CA and NA Fraud Disqualification History
The first DISA (PAGE 1) screen is used to key the following:
●Imposing a CA Sanction
●Reason sub code for a CA DCSS sanction
●Ending a CA Sanction
The second DISA (PAGE 2) screen is used to key the following:
●CA and NA Voluntary Quit/Reduced Work Hours History
●CA and NA Intentional Program Violation History
●CA and NA Fraud History
●Documentation regarding the participant's CA sanctions, or NA disqualifications
(See
Disqualifications Keyed on DISA for keying NA and CA disqualifications.)
