The Cases Deauthorized for Progressive Sanction (CR305) SAR Report (VJHCE100) is generated when monthly rollover occurs. The CR305 report is available in the CA OM Web Viewer or SARS.

 

The CR305 identifies all cases that are deauthorized with the CA DEAUTH - GRAD SANC ACTS alert when rollover occurs. The report identifies, for each FAA office, all CA cases that have a current sanction.

 

The designated Sanction Worker or backup Sanction Worker in each FAA office must key their SITE CODE, UNIT, and CASELOAD on the CARC screen for each case to process the ongoing sanction. (See Imposing Ongoing CA Sanction)
