Policy
FAA has the responsibility to inform the public of NA and CA benefit information.
NA and CA benefit information can be found in all of the following locations:

Procedures
Poster Placement
There are mandatory posters that must be displayed, and optional posters that may be displayed. When displaying a poster that has an English and a Spanish poster available, both posters must be displayed.
Posters are generally 11 inches by 17 inches, but some posters may be displayed in a size that is 8 ½ inches by 11 inches.
Posters are available from any of the following:
●The DES Warehouse. (The DES Warehouse is also known as the DES Supply Center. See DES Supply Center for contact information.)
●The staff-only Document Center found at https://ourdes.az.gov/document-resource-center.
NOTE The size of the poster in the Document Center may not print accurately on an 8 ½ by 11-inch sheet of paper.
Send an email request to the Policy Support Team (PST) at [email protected] for assistance with locating a poster when all of the following occur:
●A poster cannot be ordered through the DES Warehouse.
●A poster cannot be found in the Document Center or is unable to be printed.
NOTE The request to PST must include the name of the poster, ID, and how many are needed.
Mandatory Posters for the Lobby
The posters listed below are mandatory and are required to be displayed in the FAA office lobby or any other area that is accessible to applicants.
NOTE At hospital sites, mandatory posters may be displayed at the discretion of the FAA Office Manager when space permits.
Display both posters when there are separate posters for English and Spanish.
This page is designed to be printed and used as a checklist when checking the posters in the lobby. After the poster’s title below, the first number or phrase in parenthesis is the ID listed in the Document Center. The second set of parenthesis contains the language of the poster. The third set of parenthesis includes the date of the poster, when applicable. A note is added when additional information may help in reviewing or ordering the posters.
The posters are listed in alphabetical order based on the English poster’s title. To help identify the displayed Spanish version of the poster, one of the first few lines of the Spanish poster is listed as the title rather than the actual Document Center title. Locate the Spanish poster in the Document Center or DES Warehouse using the ID instead of the title.
