FAA2.A06 – Required Documentation
Documentation may be written on any form or keyed on any AZTECS screens. Revised list of form examples. Removed the list of requirements for visually viewed documentation and added a link to the visually viewed documentation requirements.

Added that all documentation must be placed in the case file.
 
FAA2.B01A.01 – Review of Case History
Use of the Interview Guide (FA-001-B) for documentation is not mandatory. Replaced that documentation should be in the case file which includes AZTECS screens and OnBase.
