Subjects in the CNAP Manual that have been revised are identified with a revision number and date range of the revision. The previous policy is archived, and is available in the CNAP Manual in the What’s Changed Volume. The revision number on the Subject is a link that accesses the applicable Chapter of the What’s Changed Volume.
