Do I need anything special on the computer to use the manual?
The CNAP Manual was developed using WebWorks Reverb2, and works best using Chrome version 66 and higher, but is also compatible with Internet Explorer version 11 and higher, and Firefox version 60 and higher.

What is the system used to determine eligibility?
FAA (Family Assistance Administration) uses the ARIZONA TECHNICAL ELIGIBILITY COMPUTER SYSTEM (AZTECS) to determine eligibility for Cash Assistance, Nutrition Assistance, and State Public Assistance benefits.
