When it is determined that the applicant is potentially eligible for the San Carlos Apache Tribe (SCAT) Nnee Bich’o Nii program, the CA application is denied. (See Referral Process - San Carlos Apache Tribe TANF)
 
Review and key the following screens to ensure that an eligibility decision is made correctly for the other programs the applicant has applied:
 
●ADDR
Key SC in the TRIBAL LANDS field. This is the Tribal Land Code for the San Carlos Apache Indian Tribal Land.
●RARE
Key Y in the AI RACE field and the appropriate Tribal Code in the TRIBE field next to any participant who is enrolled in a federally recognized Indian Tribe.
Key the participant's tribal census enrollment number in the TRIBAL CENSUS field, when known.
