Responsible Participant Definition
A member of the NA budgetary unit (adult or minor participant) who can provide sufficient and accurate information regarding the household circumstances.
Minor participant cannot
sign the application or any other legal document.
NOTE Use the
prudent person concept to determine if the minor participant is able to provide sufficient information regarding the household’s circumstances.
