The compromise expense deduction is determined using allowable expenses that the household is obligated to pay and verified with the NUTRITION ASSISTANCE COMPROMISE REQUEST FOR INCOME/EXPENSES STATEMENT.

The OP Unit completes two budget calculations to determine which method provides the compromise household with the largest compromise expense deduction. The two calculation methods are:

●Percentage Expense Deduction
