General Information - Release of Information
Use or release of information obtained from budgetary units is restricted to persons directly connected with the administration or enforcement of the following:
●The Food Stamp Act or regulations
●Other federal or federally-aided, means tested assistance programs
●The state assistance programs that are subject to joint application processing
Written consent from the participant is required for disclosure of information to other requestors. (See
