Fleeing Felon Definition
 
A fleeing felon is a person who is fleeing to avoid prosecution, custody or confinement due to any of the following:
 
●Convicted of a felony crime
●Attempted to commit a felony crime
●Violating a condition of parole(g)
●Violating a condition of probation(g)
●Committed a high misdemeanor crime in the state of New Jersey
