●01/06/03 through 12/31/05 (FAA office)
Julie has three children, Vanessa, Andrea, and Kerri. Vanessa was born on 08/22/99, Andrea was born on 12/16/01, and Kerri was born on 06/14/05.
Vanessa and Andrea are not Benefit Capped because Julie only received CA from the Arizona Works CA program when they were born. Arizona Works did not have a Family Benefit Cap Period policy.
Kerri is a Benefit Capped child because Julie was receiving FAA CA benefits when Kerri was born.
