Harriet and Ozzie are receiving NA with their two children, David and Ricky. The budgetary unit received a Grant Diversion payment.
No one in the NA budgetary unit is disqualified and keyed as DE or DF on SEPA.
The NA budgetary unit is Basic categorically eligible for NA for the three month Grant Diversion period.
In month two, Harriet and Ozzie separate. David lives with Harriet and Ricky lives with Ozzie. They become two NA budgetary units.
Both NA budgetary units continue to be Basic categorically eligible for the three month Grant Diversion period as both NA budgetary units include a participant who is eligible to receive CA (TANF benefits or services).
When the three month Grant Diversion period ends and there continues to be two separate NA budgetary units, both budgetary units are Expanded categorically eligible.
