After the CA benefits have been sanctioned for a full month, approve the CA benefits as follows:
 
●For a 50% sanction, end the sanction on DISA.
●For 100% sanction, the participant must reapply. When the participant reapplies in the sanction month, prorate the application to the first day of the month following the mandatory sanction period.
