The Counter Display for Cash (CODC) screen tracks CA and displays CA benefit information pertaining to Lifetime Benefit Limit LIBL(g).
 
When a Y is keyed in the AF field on WERE, CODC displays.
 
To view CA payment history, key Y in the HISTORY field on CODC.
 
When N displays in the HISTORY field, there is no historical information.
 
On CODC, the first character of the two-character code that displays under the JAN ... DEC fields identifies a Tribal TANF case. Beginning with the benefit month of November 2006, the first character displays as follows:
 
L = Hopi
K = San Carlos
P - Pascua Yaqui
S = Salt River
W = White Mountain Apache
blank = Non-Tribal CA participants
 
WARNING
Beginning with the month of October 2002 and ending with October 2006, the first character displays as follows:
X = CA counted toward TLAP(g)
D = Grant Diversion not counted toward TLAP
E = CA counted toward TLAP Education Training extension
G = CA counted toward TLAP Good Faith extension
M = CA under $100 before recoupment not counted toward TLAP
O = CA not counted toward TLAP
blank = Tribal TANF participants
 
Beginning with the month of October 2002, the second character indicates whether the CA month is counted or not counted toward CA LIBL as follows:
 
Countable toward LIBL
 
X = CA.
* = CA from another state.
 
Not countable toward LIBL
 
D = Grant Diversion.
M = CA under $10 before recoupment. This includes a prorated month when a CA payment is under $10.
O = 50% or greater Tribal Land unemployment rate.
Y = Tribal Land/Tribal exemption.
 
Beginning with the month of October 2007, the second character indicates whether the CA month is a CA LIBL extension month, based on the following codes:
 
C = Age 60 or older, caretaker of a minor
E = Education
F = LIBL Appeal Pending.
H = Disabled
J = Other hardship extension
Q = Homeless
V = Victim of violence
 
Beginning with the month of October 2007 and ending with October 2008, the second character displays as follows:
 
Z = Eligible no pay – extension request not received or not eligible for extension
 
Beginning with the month of October 2008, the second character indicates whether the CA month is a CA LIBL extension month, based on the following codes:
 
A = Childcare
N = Caretaker of disabled child, parent, spouse(g) or domestic partner
T = Transportation
 
EXCEPTION
LIBL hardship extensions do not apply to Tribal TANF Programs.
