ADDR/ADFF - Purpose

ADDR is an AZTECS screen used to maintain addresses and other required information in a case, including but not limited to the following:
 
●Authorized Representative Name
●Attention field when mail is in care of (C/O) someone other than the PI
●Telephone numbers
●Confidential field
●Tribal Land Code
●Email addresses
 
FAA staff must ensure that complete and accurate information is keyed on the ADDR screen.

ADFF is a work screen displayed by AZTECS. It is used to assist in keying address information in the format approved by the United States Postal Service.
