Key the CR Untimely Reason Code when the delay is caused by the participant for any of the following reasons::
●The participant fails to complete an interview one or more times.
●The participant was allowed ten days to provide requested verification and this caused the application to be processed untimely.
●FAA honored the participant's request for a specific appointment. The participant was allowed ten days to provide requested verification and this caused the application to be processed untimely.
NOTE When verification is provided prior to the approval due date, complete the determination by the due date.
Key the CV Untimely Reason Code when all the following apply:
●Verification is requested from the participant was provided on the denial due date.
●Verification was received after the ten-day deadline.
