RERB
RERB stands for Returned/Redirect Benefits.
RERB is used for any of the following:
●When canceling EBT benefits, see EBT Canceling Benefits for policy and procedures.
●To redirect benefits, complete all of the following on RERB:
After keying information for all benefits press ENTER.
An edit message displays when there is no such issuance for the case and program or one of the following is invalid:
●Case Number
●Document Number
●Action Date
●Program Type
Information in the ACTION and REASON fields must be compatible with the current status of the issuance on AFIH or FSIH for each situation. When not compatible, the following edit message displays:
ACTION/REASON INCOMPATIBLE WITH CURRENT DOCUMENT STATUS
When all actions are validated, complete each action individually.
