An NA renewal application may be received in the local office 60 days or less before the end of the current approval period. When this occurs, remove the participant effective the last month of the approval period when there is time to allow for NOAA. (See Example Remove Participant 1)

 

It may not be possible to remove a participant for the last month of the approval period, allowing for notice of adverse action. When this occurs, remove the participant for the first month of the new approval period. No NOAA is required. (See Example Remove Participant 2)
