Personal Responsibility Agreement – Hopi Tribal TANF
Hopi Tribal TANF participants are required to comply with the following Hopi Personal Responsibility Agreement (PRA) requirements:
●Employment Referrals
●School Attendance
The parent or caretaker relative must ensure school age children are enrolled in and attending school.
●Immunization
The parent or caretaker relative must ensure that school age children’s immunizations are current.
●Drug conviction
Convictions for use of drugs will result in the participant being enrolled in classes with the Hopi Behavioral Health Program. The participant will be required to submit certification of successful program completion.
The
HFAP Office monitors compliance with the Hopi PRA requirements. When HFAP notifies FAA that a participant fails to comply with any of the Hopi PRA requirements, FAA imposes progressive
sanctions in AZTECS.
