NNDSR offices serve all CA applicants according to the following:

●The Chapter House nearest the residence of enrolled Navajo tribal members.

●The ZIP Code of CA applicants who are not Navajo and live on the Navajo tribal lands. These CA applicants are referred to the NNDSR office nearest their residence.

●Budgetary units that include a PI who has a Navajo census number and resides within the city limits of a designated near-Tribal Land community. (See NNDSR SDA)
